I'm looking for someone to develop a website. The website will be a membership-based platform for discounted shipping services with FedEx. Members will be able to access savings a substantial savings on shipping rates for FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx International Priority, and FedEx International Economy.
Here are the specific requirements for the website:
1. We need a simple 3-5 page website preferably word press. Website is a preferred membership based network for discount saving with fedex. Flow should be :
2. We will be using Zoho services for onboarding members into the network. Members will need to sign a contract form and a credit form using Zoho Sign.
3. Members will be able to access the Zoho portal to view and pay invoices, We prefer for as much access of Zoho portal to be through our website.Zoho Invoices, Zoho Sign
4. Here is the step-by-step process for becoming a member of the website:
• Fill out the contact form with business name, contact information, telephone number, etc.
• Create a username and password for access to the Zoho customer portal.
• Sign the terms and rules agreement using Zoho Sign (contract and business information will automatically transfer to the Zoho Sign form).
4. There should be a section that explains and tutorial on how to create booking a shipment, creating shipping label and pick up request on our 3rd part fedex booking software. Once member has agreed to Payment Terms and Rules on our agreement, Zoho Sign.Members will be able to create a booking for a shipment, including creating a shipping label and scheduling a pick-up request, through a third-party FedEx booking software.
5. The website should include a section that defines each of the FedEx services offered on the website: FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx International Priority, and FedEx International Economy.
6. The website saveshipnow.com should include text that says, "Do you use FedEx? Join our Network and Start Saving today!" along with one main image and three or four images with text. Click Join
Create User Name and Password
Fill Credit Reference Form:
Sign Payment Term and Rules Agreement.
Once approved, We Send Link to our 3rd party site (desktopshipper.com) along with a link to On our website we should have links to pages – Link to to Customer Portal but I would prefer if zoho can Doc signing, Invoices, and Subscription,Sign Up Steps, How to Use Page, Contact Us.
At the moment Zoho One so I need to know what additional add-ons I need.
We may also need to sign up for a monthly subscription, which can be either Tier 1 or Tier 2, depending on their shipment volume.
