I want a mobile app that'll allow SELLERS to create accounts and post reviews of soccer matches to be played.  

The  app should allow BUYERS to pay a fee and to subscribe to these sellers for periods of 1 week, or one month.

I'll share more details to the hired freelancer & intent to make this a long term project. (See attached details)
