Tool to draw a polygon on a map which then intersect a plot layer which is published on geoserver.
-There should be a map displaying plot map from geoserver
-Draw tool button should allow user to draw a polygon on map
-Intersect tool(see the pdf) should intersect plot layer with polygon and reflect the changes in plot layer in geoserver
