This is an automatic reminder service for the hospitality industry in New Zealand, regarding Liquor Licenses and Duty Manager Certificates.
Skills required include: Bubble.io, API integration, side server knowledge like php or python and website knowledge, connecting my website with the forms, and the payment integration and the behind the scenes auto emailing based on dates. This project once complete will be fully automated from sign up to emails sent.
How you make it work is up to you.
I'm looking for the task to be completed within two weeks, sooner is preferred and speed will earn a bonus.
If this project goes well, there is the possibility of more projects in the future.
Customers/clients sign up on my website, and after signing up with their business name and verifying their email address, Customers/clients land on a page in order to fill in a custom form that needs to have:
- Their business trading name (auto-filled from before)
- Tick Boxes that asks if they are the business owner or general manager or other authorized person
- They add their liquor license number and expiry date.
- They add their duty managers names, and all the certificates expiry date. This is an "add more" option so it starts with one box and you can add or remove as many as you require.
- Next they choose how many notifications they would like to receive in advance. 60 days before expiry, 50 days before, 40 days before, and 30 days before expiry is the last option.
After they have selected their choices, they proceed to payment via stripe API integration.
Once payment is confirmed, the dates entered are logged with the email address and business name the customer/client has verified and get logged in a double entry calendar. This means both liquor license dates and duty manager certificate dates in two calendars. Calendar 1 checks for dates that match the expiry criteria in the future(i.e. 60 days ahead), if is a liquor license, else a duty managers certificate. It matches the dates with the correct email address it needs to notify. Sends the emails that meet the criteria each day. Calendar 2 does the same thing but only sends emails if Calendar 1 fails to send.
If the customer updates their new dates on the website, the system will stop prompting them with reminders.
Customers/clients may update their details anytime, add or remove duty manager names and dates. They may cancel anytime.
My website is hosted on GoDaddy and I have Active campaign auto emails you may choose to integrate into this service, if you have a better way you may use whichever is best. If you think starting from scratch will make your job easier then this is okay. Do whatever works the most efficiently.
Hourly Range: $20.00-$30.00
