Looking for someone to build an android chatbot app with the following attributes:
1)Need to register / sign in to use
2)Paid subscription tiers for larger volume of questions / month.
3)Generates responses to questions based on a hard-coded prompt.
4)ability to flag inappropriate responses
5)building a use-limit into the tool (as the tool will be subscription based) such as limiting the length of the answers.
6)acceptable gui / ui / ux

Additional related projects will be available immediately upon conclusion.
It will be an asset for future projects if you are experienced in langchain, Milvus, FAISS, PyTorch , and other AI tools.
