I need to automated/speed up a workflow which involves a lot of manual processes, and I know that a script/automation can be created to allow the workflow to completed much faster.

Background:
- I work in real estate investing and I send letters directly to home owners stating my intention to purchase their property.
- I manually build an Excel file of all the target properties, which includes data such as ‘Target Property Address’, ‘Owner Name’, ‘Owner Mailing Address - Street’, ‘Owner Mailing Address - State/Province’, ‘Owner Mailing Address - City’ etc.
- From my ‘property Excel file’, I will then copy and paste the relevant information into a templated Word document. I must personalize the Word document so that it includes the relevant information for specific property/owner I will be sending the letter/mail to.
- Specifically within the Word document, I must update the Owner Name and the ‘Target Property’ address.
- Then I print the Word document
- Then I must repeat the process for the next ‘row’ in the file, manually updating the Word document with the ‘Owner Name’ and mailing address.

My goal is to automate this process, so I do not have to perform manual edits in the Word document + manually print each page.

My ideal solution would allow me to build a templated/formatted flat file (CSV/Excel, etc) with the required data (Owner Name, Owner Property Address Street, Property City, Property State, Property Zip Code, etc). Then this file would be used by the script/automation and automatically print Word document according to the specific data found in each row of the file. (One page for each row)

I am open to other designs/solutions, but I believe the core design should revolve around a templated flat file (this will allow me to make mass edits in the Excel file then save and ‘upload’ for processing within the tool)

I am not sure what time/skills are required for this project, or if it is feasible.

I need this to be done as soon as possible + I am providing an example of the current file/template which I use to 'track' the properties I want to purchase & the 'Word' document which I edit manually (see the Red font for the items which get edited each time)

Please advise me with your proposed design + an estimate of the cost/time to develop this solution.
