What we need:
We want to show information on our website retrieved from a Salesforce account based on the Salesforce Account ID.
For example, we would send a contact in our system a link to our website, e.g. website.com.au/form?id=5781979851, with the account ID at the end.
And when they click on the link, it will go to that webpage and show the web form along with a few details from their account in Salesforce. e.g. Account Name.
So we have a business called XYZ Mowing, we send them a link, and when it loads, it says Get a quote from XYZ Mowing.
It would input this into the WS Form fields as well so it can push back to Salesforce. The forms plugin (WS Forms) we use has Salesforce integration that sends back to Salesforce upon submission, so it only needs to pull from Salesforce to WordPress, not push back to Salesforce.
We cannot send all the field information through the URL; it has to only get from the unique ID in Salesforce. The ID will show a generic form if it is not found in Salesforce. E.g. Get a quote below.
The data must be shown immediately (taking a few seconds to load if fetching from Salesforce is fine). All the data should not be stored in WordPress as the data we need to pull (4-5 fields) can be updated regularly in Salesforce. If we need to go down the route of storing in WordPress, then the data must stay synced with Salesforce in almost real-time.
I am unsure of the exact solution, so I am looking for someone who can drive the best solution for us and keep data security in mind as a priority.
If you believe you can do this, this is a timely matter, so that I will favour quick quotes and fast turnaround times.
