I need an experienced full-stack web developer to join our inhouse team and contribute in building an e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles and be able to implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces. I don't need someone who spent days to understand the existing code and get familiar in a week. I want a developer who pick the task and start right away.  

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain the e-commerce platform using modern web development frameworks and tools
Implement user authentication and payment processing systems
- Develop and maintain APIs to integrate with external services
- Optimize website performance and improve scalability
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
- Review PRs and Join Demonstration meeting.
- Join Daily Scrum and other meetings.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is must.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant web development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with server-side scripting languages (e.g. Node.js, PHP)
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

I am working on Upwork since years. I am new as Client but have really good agency profile with 100+ members. I know all the shitty tactics. I really don't care that you are an individual or agency. I like to keep things crystal clear and I need developer himself should be communicating with us. I don't need an extension of Business Developer or Project manager in between.

If you are an agency and thinks your developer is not able to communicate in English that's totally your fault and I really don't entertain these kind peoples. Please start your proposal with Batman's iconic dialogue "Why do ** *** Bruce! ? Otherwise, you will be disqualified. Don't waste your connects in hope that you are too smart and I will not able to identify that you are not a developer. My friend you are wrong here!  I know, I am being cocky here but it's because of super duper bad previous experiences. :)
