Job Description:
We are looking for a full-stack web developer to build a custom search tool for our home service concierge company. The search tool will allow our team to quickly find the available home services and utilities for a specific address, city, or zip code. Additionally, we want to incorporate an internet serviceability feature that scrapes the FCC API to determine which internet service providers are available at the searched address.
Technical Requirements:
Expertise in React and Node.js with Express.
Experience working with CSV or JSON files as a database.
Knowledge of pagination, sorting, and filtering data.
Familiarity with third-party APIs and web scraping.
Responsibilities:
Develop a custom search tool using React and Node.js with Express.
Implement pagination, sorting, and filtering features for the search results.
Incorporate internet serviceability feature using the FCC API.
Ensure the search tool is fast, efficient, and user-friendly.
Write clean and well-documented code.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Demonstrated experience working with React and Node.js with Express.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Deliverables:
A fully functional custom search tool deployed on a server or cloud platform.
Source code, database schema, and deployment instructions.
Documentation and technical support.
