Looking for a joomla expert who can upgrade Joomla 3.x to Joomla 4.x latest version.
Require MySQL and PHP knowledge.

Current PHP version:  7.4.33    (up to 8.2 available)
Current MySQL version: 4.9.11

1. Joomla Core upgrade + template fix (if needed)

2. Upgrade components, modules and plugins.

3. Site should look the same after upgrading the components, modules and plugins.

4. Change internal URLs to HTTPS.  (This is optional, depends on the cost)

Expecting this project to start sometime between end of March to April.
