I need some APIs that use Langchain, OpenAI's API for a project I'm developing for education.
I can work with a foundation in Costa Rica that helps low income families to receive courses and I think there´s a big opportunity to have a project that can be developed as AI continues unfolding.
I have a series of YouTube videos and Github code that I haven't been able to run successfully. They use basic LangChain and Pinecode but I get some errors. I need to find a person that can explain to me how to fix those errors and continue developing tools for the project (i.e. include the YouTube method that uses the scripts, connect with other APIs using Zapier, and other things that we can offer to the foundation as we go along.

The goal is to receive an online lesson to understand what I'm doing wrong and create an API that allows me to create a PHP file with a prompt so users can interact with the documents.
This API will have to run on a server, so if we need to run it on VSCode, that would be ok.
I want a person that can later propose ideas that he or she can code and create a long term relationship, half or full time if the person wants.
The first step is to make this one to work, and talk about other tools we can offer later.
