We seek the creation of a modular pipeline to extract meaning from unstructured or semistructured content. Text, Documents, Video, Images, Audio.

Must be based on existing state of the art open source or on tools which can operate offline and are sensibly prices/supported.

We envision a long term support to this, but documenation and clean engineering is paramount.
