-My Shopify store's domain is: [domain].com
-I have some developers making a WebApp that will use the following subdomain: app.[domain].com
-Also, each of my products has a unique URL printed on them, in the form of [domain.com]/tag/abcde
-They need to know if "redirection to external URL is possible or not, as one domain can be associated to only one application", so that when a customer goes to [domain.com]/tag/abcde, they are redirected to app.[domain].com

They need to know if its' possible and where to find a detailed documentation about this.
