I am writing to inquire about the possibility of developing a Telegram advertising bot. Specifically, I am interested in knowing if a Telegram bot developer or Python developer would be able to create a bot that can work on multiple accounts and **FOWARD** messages to a large number of public groups.

Ideally, this bot would have a timer feature that would allow me to set a limit on how many times a message is sent out to each group. This is important to ensure that the message doesn't become spammy or annoying to the recipients.
