Healthcare Intermediaries LLC, a company offering affordable weight loss and alcoholism treatment subscriptions, is looking for a skilled and experienced Chatbot Developer to create a custom chatbot solution for our business. The chatbot will handle customer inquiries on our website, Facebook Messenger, and email, providing quick and accurate information about our services and assisting with customer support.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand our business requirements, customer support needs, and customer interactions
Design, develop, and implement a custom chatbot solution using Chat GPT-4 or a similar AI-based platform
Integrate the chatbot with our website, Facebook Messenger, and email systems
Create a comprehensive set of responses, including FAQs, for the chatbot to handle customer inquiries accurately
Continuously monitor and analyze chatbot performance, making improvements and updates as necessary
Train and support our customer support team to work alongside the chatbot and handle complex inquiries that may require human intervention
Requirements:
Proven experience in chatbot development, preferably with Chat GPT-4 or similar AI-based platforms
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
Experience integrating chatbots with various platforms, including websites, social media, and email systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of the healthcare industry or experience with healthcare-related chatbots is a plus
