Write a script to automate data scraping monthly from a food aggregator website (they have an app too)

We need to get two files:
1. All Restaurants with their attributes (restaurant id, latitude, longitude, name, .. )
2. Menu items for each restaurant (restaurant_id, menu name, image url, price)

- Script need to be in Python
- The website is blocked outside the country of it's operation, so a VPN setup might be needed
- The website also has an app that's not blocked outside the country

approximate time to finish is one week
estimated number of restaurants - 20,000
