Who we are looking for:
We are looking for:
● Ongoing support
● We want someone who can help us with the tech side to see this event through from set up to day of.
● We want someone to set up a CRM email system so we can merge spreadsheet contact lists and upload them to send emails for this live demonstration event. We are open to consults if we need to set this CRM up simultaneously with the event registration page.
● We also need someone who can set up payment gateways to take payment information on the Vendor Registration page.
Scope:
We need 4 website pages set up and a couple of home page edits:
1. Event page with RSVP form,
2. A Vendor Registration page with payment information,
3. Event Sponsorship page, and
4. How to Expedite Installs page
5. We want the event to be featured on our home page and in the main navigation bar.
6. Add our new promotional video to our homepage (forthcoming)
Here is an example of how we’d like the event page to look and what information to include:

● Event registration fields should include:
○ First Name
○ Last Name
○ Email
○ Phone Number
○ Organization
○ Title
○ Radio buttons or checkboxes

■ RSVP for Afternoon Demo 1-5
○ Comments or questions?
● We will also need links on the event page to the vendor registration, event sponsorship, and how to expedite installs pages
● We also want one of our promotional videos on this page.
Website History:
Our new home page was designed with Brizy Pro on WordPress. The website has a mix of page builders - Elementor, Divi, and Page Builder. None of the live pages are designed with those. To get something set up quickly, the previous designer installed the Brizy Pro page builder for the new home page. The website is hosted on GoDaddy.
