I'm looking for someone to repair some problems on a WordPress website for a psychological practice.  The major problems are as follows:

1. The site is not updating or displaying properly on mobile devices.
2. I can't update PHP without crashing the site.
3. I'd like to eliminate unused and update used plug-ins.
