We are having problem with indexing in Magento 2. An error message "indexing is required" is displayed. However, when we perform manual indexing, some indexes are not updated.

We are also having issues with the catalog where newly added products are not showing on the front-end. This problem could be related to indexing, but we not entirely sure.

We are using Magento ver. 2.4.1 (community)
