This is a job with a lot of different parts, so looking for someone who can combine everything and turn my idea into a working web app.

I have a lot of data which has been scraped, I have data from 2014-present about the results of every horse race which has ran in the UK, I also have a script which updates these results daily.

I have another script which scrapes details on upcoming horse races occurring the following day from when the scraper is ran.

I need someone who can find the average distance a horse racing trainer generally travels to racecourses, then notify me via the app if there are any anomalies, such as where the trainer generally travels 53 miles, but they are traveling 157 miles instead.
