Write a BUY STOP AND SELL STOP MT4 code with the following conditions:

1. It has a start time to execute buy stop and sell stop conditions using HH:MM
2. It has an input for lot size
3. It has a trailing stop input
4. It has number of pips input to be used for both buy stop and sell stop
5. It has error log to show if price did not execute, and give reason why it did not execute

It has the following conditions:

Open Buy order
If price at start time greater than buy stop


Open Sell order
If price at start time less Sell stop

Lines
Draw a blue horizontal line at buy stop
Draw a red horizontal line at buy stop
Draw a yellow vertical line at start time
