ConcreteCMS Full Stack Developer - Upwork
We are a web design firm that builds websites for business using ConcreteCMS. Looking to add a freelancer to the team with experience specifically in ConcreteCMS. A long term contract with minimal intermitted work when a website comes through. Type of work you'll be expected to do: - Build a website from scratch using ConcreteCMS. Including installing the CMS, setting up pages (content provided, or scraped from old website), setting up users and CMS settings - Fix errors with the CMS and extensions. General debugging when extensions don't work. Tweaking cPanel settings, CMS settings, etc - Custom build extensions for ConcreteCMS, or utilise custom pages. Including all front and back end work - Content updates. Customers will send through changes that may require content updates, new pages, changes to the themes. You'll be sent the details and expected to work with the CMS blocks to make it happen. You will be expected to have good knowledge of ConcreteCMS's blocks and layouts and know how to use them - Build ConcreteCMS templates from scratch, or from a plain HTML theme into ConcreteCMS format. You will also be expected to make customisations to marketplace themes. - Work with in house systems. We have an in-house CRM (EspoCRM) and Project Manager (Kanboard) for tracking. We use 1password for login credentials. - Be able to work with cPanel and PHPMyAdmin when necessary - Know how to use the custom web form block for ConcreteCMS - Optimise ConcreteCMS for speed and mobile. Be able to debug why it might be slow, both on server side and also in the browser with messy JS. Fixing it (for example in a marketplace theme). Best applicant is the one with experience with ConcreteCMS.
