We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer with expertise in Python to join our team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server logic and functionality that supports our web applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and design efficient technical solutions.
Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python and other relevant languages or technologies as needed.
Create and maintain efficient and optimized databases.
Implement and maintain server logic and APIs to support front-end functionality.
Perform unit and functional testing to ensure code quality.
Identify and resolve performance and optimization issues in the back-end.
Collaborate with other team members to integrate front-end and back-end components.
Document code, processes, and development standards.
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Back-End Developer, preferably using Python.
Solid knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Experience in designing and implementing relational and non-relational databases.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and web services.
Ability to write clean, readable, and efficient code.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to collaborate with front-end developers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to effectively manage projects and tasks, meeting established deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum.
Interest in staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in Back-End development.
