3- able to create custom themes as per client's requirements
4- able to develop custom magento2 extensions
5- able to integrate third party extensions
6- able to handle frontend and backend both
7- able to upgrade magento2 websites with latest magento versions
8- must following coding standards, and must deliver great quality of code.
9- if he design a website, google page speed on desktop and mobile must be in green zone
