We are looking for a custom module to be built for Freescout.
Requirements:
1. We'll add a custom field to a ticket (using an official module) titled "Vendor Email Address".
2. If this field is populated on the update of ANY ticket, then ALSO send an email to the Vendor Email Address (in addition to any other emails being sent out).
The goal here is to keep the vendor updated (if their email is specified) on all PUBLIC updates on the ticket.
We do NOT want to have these vendors as agents, nor do we want to assign these tickets to a vendor/agent, just so they get notified.
Using CC is a partial solution, as future messages in the conversation will lose the CC. This custom module request is more of a "CC for the ticket" vs. a "CC for a specific email message".
Hourly Range: $15.00-$32.00
