We are looking for an experienced PHP Lead Developer to join our team to develop a medical website. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the website and leading the team of developers to ensure the project is completed on time and meets the high standards of quality expected by our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a medical website using PHP, MySQL, and other web technologies
- Lead a team of developers to ensure that the project is completed on time
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the code meets the required standards
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the website meets the client's expectations
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during development

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in PHP development
- Proven experience leading a team of developers
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and other web technologies
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to have:

- Experience developing medical websites or other healthcare-related software
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
