Hi there, I want to group the commodities of what my customers are sending into simialr categories - column = shipment_desc For instance: Category = IT Equipment / Sub-category = Laptops / Phones / Equipment I want to better understand exactly what my customers are sending through our service, so that we can build sales strategies around it.
