NEED A DEVELOPER WITH EXPERIENCE SETTING UP FEDEX PLUGIN TO CONFIGURE WITH FORMS AND SHIPPING ORDERS.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THE JOB IF YOU'RE JUST LOOKING TO GET A CONTRACT. I've wasted money on 2 previous developers who both proved to be incompetent. If there is any inclination of not being skilled enough for the position, the contract will be terminated immediately without pay.

BACKGROUND:
I have a website in the development phase that needs to have the FedEx shipping plugin properly configured. As well as a portal that allows customers to review previous orders, print invoices, shipping labels, etc. It should also allow the option to checkout as a guest with various payment and shipping options.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE DONE:
I would like to recreate a similar setup to the following website: (https://www.shipsticks.com/)
This site is basically the same concept as the mentioned website. There should be various shipping options depending on the type of package, different dimensions, etc.

Unfortunately, they have become very unreliable so I need to hire a new developer. That being said, I'm looking to have this project completed as soon as possible. I need a fast and efficient developer that can meet deadlines. I'm open to keeping a similar concept to this or improving it.
