Current State
In our Moodle portal, we have courses that are created in Topic Format that each contain:

1 SCORM Package
1 Custom Certificate that can be downloaded once the SCORM course is marked complete.

We use the Custom Certificate module to provide our learners with a proof of completion that they may share with their employer. The Custom Certificate is a branded, downloadable document that dynamically populates the course title, student name, and date of course completion. It has Access Restrictions which ensure that the student must be marked complete in the SCORM Package activity before they can download the Custom Certificate.

We have enabled the Course Recompletion Plugin which allows users to complete a course again. This allows for our customers to complete training annually for compliance requirements.  While this allows users to re-complete courses, it does not update the custom certificate with a new completion date.

Request
We need a Moodle Developer to create a Plug-In that will provide a new Custom Certificate with a new date of completion when a user re-completes a course. This may be an plugin that enhances the existing Recompletion plugin, or a plugin that enhances the Custom Certification plugin.
