I need a Symphony expert to create a simple script for Mautic ( php CRM based app )

THE JOB:
I was using mailgun and mautic has a plugin that connects to mailgun's API by sending the emails as web api ( http post ) and it worked great.

Now I switched to a different service and am currently using SMTP ( which is much slower ) Mautic's native integration

So I need to create a plugin where I can input my API key and each email mautic sends will be posted to that URL as web api ( http post )

I have the mailgun API plugin for you to model your code after.

You must be a Symphony MVC expert or have done similar work in the past and can show me.

( Best if you got mautic experience or have developed something similar in the past for mautic. )

RECAP:
The job is to create a simple mautic plugin where I can enter the URL and API KEY for my new mailing server and mautic will be sending the emails using the web api ( HTTP POST )
