We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of our crypto casino web project. The project involves frontend and backend development, as well as integration with a variety of third-party services. We have two separate development teams working on the project, and we need someone to coordinate their efforts, manage resources, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Frontend: React
Backend:  Node, Python

UI/UX finished by Figma, ready to start development.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate tasks and resources across two independent development teams (frontend and backend)
2. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them
4. Act as the primary point of contact for communication between the development teams, stakeholders, and any third-party providers
5. Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
6. Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members
8. Work closely with the development teams to address any technical challenges or roadblocks

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in web development or crypto casino projects
2. Basic understanding of web development technologies, including React, Node.js, and Python
3. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Excellent time and resource management abilities
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate potential issues
7. Proficiency in popular project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira
8. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring project success
