The developer should have experience with web development and API integrations.

Responsibilities:

Develop a simple, responsive chatbot website.
Implement basic real-time chat functionality using web sockets (e.g., Socket.IO).
Integrate Google Translate API to translate user input from Sinhalese to English and chatbot responses from English to Sinhalese.
Connect the chatbot to the GPT API (e.g., OpenAI API) to generate responses based on user input.
Deploy the chatbot on a basic hosting platform (e.g., Heroku, Netlify, or Vercel).
Requirements:

Experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with web sockets and basic chatbot development.
