Build a pipeline to process WGS ( FASTQ) and produce QUALITY RUN and Data Analysis report customized by the requirements.
( Open to all solution if meet the requirements and the easy of use )

Build an innovative solution to manage FastQ file transfer and storage to obtain easy management of space and cost. ( AWS ?? )

Create the whole process and to be used by non BioInformatic  geek but by a well educated person without all the "hacker" skills. :-)

Make a customized report( EXCEL or CSV)  to match the requirements mainly in the area of interest and provide the value researched.

Possible project 2 to be offered if the project 1 will be completed timely and in quality manner.
