We are seeking an experienced developer with a strong background in AI/ML to build an annotation engine for our professional development summarization product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an AI/ML-based engine that will be able to analyze and summarize large amounts of data quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement an annotation engine for our professional development summarization product
- Work closely with the product team to understand the requirements and specifications for the engine
- Develop and test machine learning models and algorithms for data analysis and summarization
- Develop and implement annotation algorithms to generate annotated guides
- Develop and implement daily email with lessons learned for professional development
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the engine to ensure it meets the product's performance and accuracy requirements

Key Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Python or another AI/ML programming language
- Experience working with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Strong background in data analysis and natural language processing
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience working with annotation algorithms
- Experience in integrating machine learning solutions into a production environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience in building annotation engines and developing machine learning models
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
