Hi, I'm looking to build a prototype for an app related to crypto currency. I need someone to come in and stand up my development workflow and infrastructure for the prototype, which will use Firebase Authentication, Node w Typescript deployed in Cloud Functions, CI/CD with unit & integration testing on two different stages (beta & prod), Infrastructure as code using Terraform.
By the end of this job these needs to be accomplished.
1. Complete development workflow following GCP, Firebase best practices.
- Change a code and  test in local environment.
- Push a code and CI/CD pipeline triggers (deploy to beta, run unit and integration tests on beta and prod)
2. A simple hello world app integrated with Firebase integration.
- When a user logs in from mobile, the node server picks this up and logs userId. That's it very simple.

Looking for specific estimate on completing this job.

I'm a retired engineer. Worked at Uber and Amazon, and have startup experience myself. I'm working on a stealth blockchain startup. Just started building. I need some help fast tracking development on the backend. Someone who is familiar with GCP and set all the best practices and jump right in would be great. Start with part time, then transition to full time.

Preferrably working PST time.
