I'm looking for a skilled developer to set up a Flask users database with email verification and payment integration. For the database, I have no preference between SQL or NoSQL it should be secure. However, I would like to integrate a payment provider, i don't have fixed service yet but i want to make my website and database to be ready for integration with any service in the future.

In addition, I would like the application to have subscription plans for users, as well as customizable user profiles. It would also be great if the developer can implement user roles and permissions to ensure secure access to the application. I also want to build a dashboard for the admin to see and manage all the plans and users data.

Ideal skills/experience for this project include:
