Our B2B leadgen agency is seeking an entry-level programmer to join our team and help build out business automation.

As a member of our team, you will create custom automations that help our clients streamline their operations and improve their bottom line.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build custom automations that integrate with our clients’ existing software systems
- Collaborate with our development team to identify opportunities for automation and streamline business processes
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing automations
- Document code and processes to ensure easy maintenance and future scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and trends in the industry

Examples of Automations:

- Automated lead generation and qualification processes
- Customized email and social media campaigns
- Data collection and analysis
- Automated sales and customer service workflows

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in programming and building business automations
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of APIs and webhooks
- Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms
