In order to scale up our business, I’m looking for an expert working as Wordpress Full Stack Developer in a web development team. Your main job is to extend our team and collaborate on advanced Wordpress extensions for our clients.

Accountability:
* Develop and maintain WordPress websites and plugins to meet client requirements and project goals
* Collaborate with project managers, designers, and content writers to deliver high-quality and functional websites
* Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of WordPress websites
* Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments, best practices, and industry trends
Responsibilities:
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL to create custom WordPress themes and plugins
* Modify and customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
* Conduct regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of WordPress websites
* Integrate WordPress with third-party tools and services such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
* Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and content writers to ensure smooth collaboration and timely project delivery
* Work independently or as part of a team, as per project requirements
* Provide technical support and maintenance for WordPress websites, as required

Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to debug and troubleshoot technical issues
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

Hard Skills:
* Strong experience in WordPress back-end/full-stack development, with a focus on custom theme and plugin development
* Strong experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
* Strong experience in using WordPress APIs and hooks
* Experience with popular WordPress plugins such as WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, Gravity Forms, and WP Rocket
* Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
* Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus

This role is accountable for the development and maintenance of WordPress websites and plugins, and responsible for writing clean and efficient code, testing and debugging, integrating third-party tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, self-motivation, prioritization, attention to detail, and technical proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. The role is a Dutch timezone, remote, and flexible.


Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
